XiongYing Knitting and Dyeing (ChangShu)Co.,Ltd established at the end of 1994 with an expanded investment of 60 million USD, now owns fixed assets of RMB 400 million, covers an area of 386 mu and employs more than 2,500 people. A vertical production line from knitting, dyeing to printing and finishing procedures has been formed in this company. It has more than 500 sets of knitting machines with various specifications, more than 90 sets of dyeing machines, 5 sets of printing machines, 19 sets of setting machines and a variety of advanced post-processing equipments. With 51 sets of warp knitting machines imported from Europe in year 2005, a production mode of the integration of warp and weft has taken shape in the company. At present, the company’s annual output of knitting reaches 36,000 tons, and the direct export of fabrics accounts for 60% of the annual sales and domestic sales accounts for 40%. The products are mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asia.
